Confirmation Process

1.1. Once you have completed your online registration form, please check the order carefully before confirming it. After you have made payment, submitted and confirmed your reservation, we will process your booking immediately. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us which sets out your order details. 

1.2. If you do not receive our email confirmation within 24 hours of you submitting the online registration form, please contact us at andrew@periopconcepts.com as soon as possible before the start of the conference. It is your responsibility to update us of any changes to your contact details so that we are able to contact you. Please email andrew@periopconcepts.com to update or change your personal or contact details. 

1.3. These Terms & Conditions and the Agreement are made only in the English language.

Fees and payment

2.1. Ticket prices are correct and up-to date at the time of your purchase. 

2.2. Ticket prices will be released in three phases. 

Phase 1, 14th January 2024 - 31st January 2024 at 23:59

Phase 2, 1st February 2024 - 29th February 2024 at 23:59

Phase 3, 1st March 2024 - 14th March 2024 at 23:59

2.3. Ticket prices will have two tiers in each phase.

Periop Concepts member price and non-member price. The member price is inclusive for all current Periop Concepts premium members and Nurse Education Program members. The non-member price applies to anyone who is not one of the aforementioned members. 

2.4. Ticket prices are as follows. Pricing is subject to change.

2.5. All payments are collected through a 3rd party platform (Stripe). Periop Concepts assumes no responsibility for any malfunctions, errors or issues with this platform. 

2.6. Each ticket price is only available in each respective phase. Once a ticket phase has concluded, that ticket price will no longer be available. 

2.7. If you enter into a Periop Concepts Premium membership, you are bound by the existing terms and conditions of the membership. This can be found at periopconcepts.com. 

2.8. Members of the Australasian College of Perioperative Nurses (ACPAN) are entitled to a $50.00 AUD refund off their initial ticket price. Requests for refund must be made in writing by contacting andrew@periopconcepts.com with proof of ACPAN membership prior to the commencement of the summit. 

Copyright/Intellectual Property 

3.1. Any and/or all IP in the conference materials shall be our sole and exclusive property (or the appropriate third party owner(s), if any) and you shall not acquire any rights in such conference materials, including any developments or variations of them. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any IP rights in the summit materials. You agree not to reproduce, sell, and/or copy (in whole or in part) the summit material, except for purposes of post-conference references. If you would like to use the summit materials for anything else, please email us at andrew@periopconcepts.com

3.2. Your ticket provides you with individual access to the event and on-demand access to recordings for 28 days following the event. The content is not to be shown in a public environment and account sharing is not permitted.

Data protection

4.1. When you provide us with your personal details such as but not limited to: first and last name, date of birth and email address. We will store and manage this in accordance with the Periop Concepts privacy policy. You can find this at periopconcepts.com. 

Ticketing 

5.1. Your PAN ticket is only valid for PAN 2024 - held on 16th March 2024. Your ticket is not redeemable for future PAN summits or Periop Concepts events. 

5.2. If you become a Periop Concepts Premium Member and register for PAN using the discounted ticket option, you must: retain your Periop Concepts premium membership for a minimum 3 months from the date of your PAN ticket purchase. If you wish to cancel your premium membership prior to the conclusion of your 3 months, you will be charged for the remainder of your outstanding membership costs. This does not apply to existing Periop Concepts premium members. 

5.3. All tickets are fully refundable up until 2nd March 2024 at 23:59. After this date, tickets are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your ticket, please email andrew@periopconcepts.com. 

5.4. All tickets are non-transferable.

Behaviour 

6.1. PAN 24 and its organisers prohibit discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason. The organisers have every right to remove you from the online summit, if you conduct or participate in the aforementioned acts. Your ticket price is unable to be refunded if you are removed from the summit. 

General 

7.1.  Amendments and changes. We may revise the summit program, including but not limited to: speakers, topics and presentation times. We will post the most current version on our website/social media as soon as possible after the revised program becomes available. For this reason, please check our website/social media regularly.

7.2. The organisers take no responsibility for any technical problems of attendee equipment used to attend the summit (I.e. computer, internet).
